Bodog-ing
Is that a word? "Bodog-ing"? Or would it be "Bodogging"? Or perhaps I should call it "going Bodoggy-style" - the type of thing that passes for wit in the seventh grade.
No matter, you get the point, I think. I have been wagering at Bodog of late. I had made a $400 deposit and then noticed that I already had $200 in there from a refer-a-friend bonus. With Bodog's refer-a-friend money, the rollover is 3X in the sportsbook. I made my deposit using neteller, so that $400+$40 has a 5X rollover. Making the total burden on me $2,800. I have about $1,000 left in the rollover, but my Bodog balance is just $92 and some change. I don't think I am going to make the rollover on this one.
I was kind of hoping I would make the rollover at Bodog, busting a chunk out at Pinnacle. I have been winning at Pinnacle quite a lot lately. While I am probably small potatoes enough to be under their radar, it would be seriously debilitating to my sports betting to lose Pinnacle by getting banned. Losing for a while and cashing it out of Bodog seems like a good idea, but the games continue to break toward my Pinnacle picks, so that's who pays me.
Once Bodog is done I am going to give Actionbets a whirl. They have some good bonuses and reloads and get a high rating from Sportsbookreview.
I still have a nickel+ in Player's Superbook. I have met the rollover there, but they have a 30-day hold before you can cashout (from the time of deposit) so my $515 is sitting there. May 24th is the day, I think. About a week prior to that I am going to start looking for arbs and evens there so that I can do some overplay. I would hate to lose that 20% reload opportunity for the future.
I saw that VIPSports has started a monthly reload of 10% at 3X rollover. After reloading you have to e-mail them for the bonus. I rather dislike that process. These guys are doing well enough that they should hire a programmer to automate that. There's also a catch that if you are lifetime profitable at VIP (you have won more than lost) you are not eligible for the reload. Losers only! Good grief! They tell me I am ahead with them, but I honestly don't remember ever wagering at their book. I smacked down that poker bonus a while back, but don't think I ever bet sports there. Oh well, c'est la guerre.
