Where are the Holiday Bonuses?

Attention all online sportsbooks, poker rooms and casinos!!! I am going to have massive amounts of time off work for the next few weeks.  Lots of leisure time sitting around with my computer sitting on my lap as I watch college football bowl game after college football bowl game.  I will also be enjoying some tasty adult beverages that may impair my decision-making capability.  This would be a GREAT time to offer me some bonuses to come play at your site.   (Hint, hint hint!)

I expected there would be an increase in bonus offers this month, but so far I have not noticed a spike in activity.  I don't really need a poker bonus as I still have enough Cake Poker bonus remaining to carry me through the holidays.  What I need are some sportsbook bonuses to choose from.  Just a few good ones, as I can't move money around quickly enough to plow through too many between now and then.  I'd also take a couple of good casino bonuses - just make them at one of the handful of casinos where I can actually play AND cashout.

The decline of online bonuses over the past 18 months is well known by us bonus chasers.  I think there are several reasons for it:

  • The proliferation of bonus chasing tips and techniques by knuckleheads like me.
  • The reduced new player numbers brought by the UIGEA
  • Increases in transaction fees since the demise of Neteller

Still, promotional bonuses are a great way to attract some extra business, especially for poker sites.  You'd think there would be more offerings.  Maybe there will be some offers in the next week.  I sure hope so.
