Catching Up
Damn I have been busy of late. Too busy to post here, thats for sure. Sorry if you're a loyal reader (mom). 
My day job is hopping, and I have been very busy as a result. Nothing terribly exciting, but very busy nonetheless.
Sports betting, I am still enjoying Wager Web vs Matchbook arbing. last night was a very rare night when I could not find a single scalp. Its NBA all-star break time, though, so there were fewer lines and I had less chances to go over them as it was Valentine's day and Mrs Bull decided I needed some care and feeding. 
Also in sports betting I have initiated a sports betting mutual fund on the forum. I am calling it DogDaq (awful, I know). Its purpose is to let bettors buy in and cash out at their leisure. I bet 1% of the fund on any underdog moneyline that would make a good scalp vs Matchbook or Pinnacle. So far we have had a run of good variance, and we are up about 10%.
In poker I have been just goofing around for the most part. Playing some penny limit cash games and not taking it very seriously. Its one of my informal "breaks" from my normal grinding away at cash games for bonus. I'll play more seriously again at some point - whenever I feel like it.
I never really understood the folks who feel that they need to announce to the forum community that they are taking a break. Maybe it helps them stick to their decision to take a break if they announce it? For me, I play when I want to play and don't play when I don't want to play. Perhaps others take it more seriously than I?
I have to rebuild a fence this weekend that blew down last Sunday night. I got a call at 8 pm from a woman informing me that she had my dogs! The fence had blown down and the dogs got to go on a great adventure. I have them back now. I tacked the fence back up (in the dark that night) but it needs to be rebuilt more securely - so that is my weekend project.
